BR EVENTS is owned and run by me Bridget Moore. I have done this super job for a few years now and I have learnt and am still learning all about the wonderful world of all things interesting of all ages, antiques, vintage, collectables, retro, jewellery, bijouterie well just interesting things really. Adding on to this I have built up great friendships with the lovely people of the home-wares, arts, crafts, entertainment, refreshments, gift and goodies world….This super mixture of talents makes up the very succesful Chic Vintique Fairs, allowing all kinds of gorgeousness to come together under one roof enabling the public of all ages to always find something they love, be it an antique chair, silver, jewellery, homewares, a great Maralyn Monroe look a like dress or a yummy hand crafted edible goody…and so much more.
We have an ad campaign running at the moment on Star Radio and appear regularly in national magazines as well as local publications. BR Events are also members of Welcome to Yorkshire and are proud to encourage visitors to Yorkshire and the North of England.
BR Events always find great venues with (when possible) parking or some nearby, easy access for dealers and the public and always LOTS OF SMILES to go around…
We have added new mid week fairs this year..Richmond on the first Tuesday and of the month and from September 2013 Barnard Castle at The Witham Hall on the first Wednesday of the month. Both of these fairs run up to and including December and then will start again in April 2014.
BR Events welcome old friends and new to their fairs so if you want to become involved in the fairs or you need to know more about BR Events and the fairs do get in touch. If you are new to the world of madness that I call a job then get in touch happy to give advice and no question is too daft to ask…
Stand prices are sensibly priced allowing small and large dealers to have the same chance to sell to the public. All the fairs are advertised locally, nationally, on radio, suitable websites and anywhere we can to promote the events. Where charged admission costs are as low as possible or free in some cases.

p.s. I have lots of help (and hinderance) from David who people will see at the fairs, usually hauling a sign or A board about….we drive each other bonkers but I could not manage without his input so thank you to him.
