Hello I am Bridget and I started BR EVENTS too many years ago to remember.  Always learning more with every day in this wonderful business.  I am asked a lot about what people can sell and buy at our fairs so below is a definition of the fairs, so hope this helps?  If not email me happy to help.  2015 will see changes to some of our fairs and the introduction of a new Christmas event.  Early booking is advised for all our fairs so don’t delay book today! Look forward to seeing you at the Fairs.

2015 will see Chic Vintique Fairs in Richmond, Barnard Castle and Stockton on Tees (new venue). Artisan Food Fayres three times this year expanding onto the streets due to popular demand, and the new Christmas Fair in Richmond. Leyburn is welcoming our very succesful Home-Front Vintage Fair back again as part of the 1940s Weekend in Leyburn when literally thousands of people come to be part of this truly super event.

Definitions:  Chic Vintique “a mixture of all things gorgeous and glorious, be they wearable, edible, fashionable, collectable, vintage, retro, antique, modern, crafts, arts and more”

Christmas Fair open to everyone who sells  good quality items of all genres, food, drinks, gifts, crafts and more.  A glorious area inside and outside the Town Hall, in Trinity Square and potentially the Market Place, for a festive fun filled day. Festive lights, bags of atmosphere and more.Free car parking in the town centre and in the pay and display car parks as well, specially for the Christmas Fair. Music, lights, tree, entertainment and atmosphere.

Richmond Artisan Food Fayres: in the Town Hall and also expanding to Trinity Square (opposite the Town Hall) and potentially the Market Place for speciality food and beverage purveyors and related products. With the aim of choice of quality stock and not too much duplication.

Home-Front Vintage Fair dateline is 1980 as part of the Leyburn 1940s weekend. Quality true vintage items (no reproductions) of quality and suitable for all ages and tastes within the dateline. Held as part of the Leyburn 1940s Weekend.  Fantastic atmosphere.

ALL THE BOOKING FORMS FOR ALL THE FAIRS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 1st JANUARY 2015Email website@brevents.co.uk if you wish to be part of the fairs and you will be added to the mailing list. (customers please check out our website for full details of dates etc.,)

Our motto is “to do our best to look after everyone and give a great day out for everyone who comes to a BR Event’s Fair” we always strive to achieve this.

BR Events welcomes those who are already established in selling fabulous and interesting good quality items, food and beverages, and those who are just starting out, so, if you want to become involved in the fairs or you would like to know more about BR Events  do get in touch.

We like to try to give new performers the opportunity to showcase themselves so if this is you get in touch..If you have a CD, Youtube link or want to audition we look forward to hearing from you.

Stand  prices are sensibly priced allowing small and large dealers to have the same chance to sell to the public.  All the fairs are advertised locally, nationally, on radio, suitable websites and any where we can to promote the events.  Where charged admission costs are as low as possible or free in some cases.

Browse the site and if you need any information before you book or attend which is not available then you can easily contact me at website@brevents.co.uk.

Looking forward to meeting you at our fairs.

Bridget

p.s. I have lots of help from David, who people will see at the fairs, usually hauling a sign or A board about….we drive each other bonkers but I could not manage without his input so thank you to him.

Another BIG thank you goes to my daughter who is patience (sometimes) itself with me when I ask daft questions about the internet etc., hey I am not technical what can I say.

Also thanks to RAINBOW FIRE who have created and maintain my website for me.  Highly recommended.
